Client Highlight: Check Out The Center for Family Resources’ New Website
The Center for Family Resources (CFR) serves Cobb County families experiencing homelessness or in danger of becoming homeless and empowers them with resources to become self-sufficient. Their mission is to reduce childhood homelessness by serving and empowering families through prevention, crisis intervention, a food pantry, housing support, education, and compassionate care management.
Last year, CFR partnered with Mopdog and Raising Help to redesign and elevate their website to better serve those who need access to their resources and to better connect with the donors and volunteers. The new website now showcases their supportive services for immediate and long-term needs, as well as multiple housing programs, employment coaching, and life skills classes.
The updated website also features a more comprehensive, organized layout that allows users to easily navigate and find the information they need, offering clear access to CFR’s programs and services. It also allows users to see the impact on the community and client stories to inspire others. With a new website highlighting their services, staff and board of directors, and their dedication to the Cobb community, The Center for Family Resources now has an enhanced digital presence with a functional website that stays up-to-date on community news, events, and resources.
